Thoracic Imaging Programme

History

Over the last 10 years, the charity has delivered many on-site lecture series in developing nations throughout the Indo Pacific region with thoracic imaging forming a core component of this teaching. This lecture series will cover a range of relevant and practical topics covering common clinical scenarios

Due to COVID 19, on-site training is not an option presently and thus the one-day intensive Virtual Thoracic Imaging program was delivered instead. This provided the opportunity for both comprehensive didactic learning as well as numerous question and answer sessions with subspecialty thoracic radiologists.

The content varied from CT and US talks to chest x-ray and thus it will also be of interest to those in developed nations particularly junior consultants and registrars, or those who want a refresher course in core thoracic imaging.
